A token of fidelity and
remembrance, representing a tie that will not be broken.
This reef knot ring (also known as a lovers
knot) is replicated from a stunning fourteenth century English ring in
the British Museum, London. It is possibly one of a pair of betrothal
rings once worn by faithful lovers.
Rings such as this were also worn by people to
remind them of a personal pledge made to themselves (less carbs, more
exercise perhaps?) Or a pledge to a dear one.
Cast in sterling silver just like the
original in the museum, it is a heavy ring suitable for both men and
women.
Have you made a promise to someone or
yourself ? This ring makes a perfect reminder to keep you honest
!
Hand cast in sterling silver. Gift boxed.
