WHOLESALE POLICY
We
welcome special design projects for Museums and Catalogues.
Please ask about our
policy regarding samples if you are someone who has never seen our
products first hand.
Store orders can be
prepaid or charged to your credit card.
Museums orders are
billed net 30.
Catalogues orders
are billed net 30 or net 10 - 2%.
Most orders can be filled in 4 to
6 weeks. Turn around time for catalogues can be two weeks or
less depending on quantities.
Orders are shipped
via UPS ground.

THE SHAPE OF
LIES has
been an artist run retail and wholesale partnership since 1979.
We have shown at major trade shows for the past 17 years.
Shows include The New York Gift Fair in the Accent on Design
section, the west coast Gift Show in San Francisco in the Accent
on Design section, the N.Y. Boutique and FAE shows, and the
Atlanta Gift Show. Our Celtic line has also been seen in
the Ireland Show and the Best of Celtic Lands Show.

Lies museum jewelry line.
ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS
All of our
products are made in the USA. We ship FOB Buffalo, NY or
NYC.
Each of our
designs comes with a detailed history card.
We are dedicated to reviving archetypal symbols and images
created by artisans throughout the ages. When making our museum
reproductions we make every effort to be as faithful to the
antique originals as possible. All of our models are hand made
(not mechanically photo etched) in order to retain those gently
worn qualities that make the originals so unique.
Our designs
are inspired by a fascination with useful gadgetry and a love of
history. For example, brooch pins are designed to hold
your reading glasses and 1840’s style Victorian spine bookmarks
are graced with uncommon and richly colored European glass
beads, making for thoughtful and impressive gifts.
These diminutive
works of wearable art have become sought-after by shoppers seeking
unusual items of intellectual and spiritual value.
